The ideal candidate will perform the following role:-

• Advising business and IT units in all facets of Information Security, so as to facilitate compliance with the organisation's information security policy, business requirements and risk position.
• Providing technical expertise to clients, advising of security considerations during design of new solutions or changes to existing solutions.
• Architects - designs security solutions.
• Provide security technical leadership on saccount Technical Planning activities
• Manage complex security risks assessment
• Identifying business risks/vulnerabilities and suggesting enhancements to existing or new services, systems, architectures or products.
• Identifying security requirements for new applications and other software products.

This Multi-National conglomerate provides businesses and individuals with Telecommunications solutions everyday.  Their Australian operations are headed out through Sydney, but have a significantly sized sales team in Melbourne.  Due to a recent resignation, they are looking for a similar Junior BDM to come on board and take over the assigned market verticals.  This is an exciting opportunity for a hunter who wants to join and grow with a multi-national organisation.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager you will be expected to perform a number of duties and responsibilities not limited to:

·         Generating leads through cold calling business

·         Warm calling to existing business that may or may not currently be using their products or services

·         Face to face presentations and advice

·         Meeting and exceeding KPI’s including calls, visits and sales targets every month

·         Working within teams and assisting Senior BDM’s to close larger deals and tenders

·         Attending training and development courses

The successful  candidate will ideally have an interest and passion for the IT&T industry sales in either a software, hardware or services context.  You will have developed new business in the corporate market and thrive at turning cold calls into accounts!  Degree qualifications will hold you in good stead to securing this position, although immaculately presented individuals who have excellent communication skills will be looked upon.
